Neal Brown gives an update on Leddie Brown's status

West Virginia's offense took a major step backward last week against Texas, scoring only thirteen points and getting a touchdown on just one of five trips into the red zone. The biggest factor causing that was the health of running back Leddie Brown. The centerpiece of this Mountaineer offense, Brown was hurt on one of the first plays of the game. He returned to the contest and played some snaps for the remainder of the day, but he was not himself, and Neal Brown said he was questionable to play in this weekend's game against TCU. On Thursday night, the West Virginia Head Coach gave an update on Brown's status for the game.
"Hopeful," said Brown. "Hopeful that he's going to play."
