I look for improvement from game to game...in all aspects. Has play calling improved, no. Has passing improved, no. Running, no. Defense, leaning yes,, but TBD, (they've given up 14). Special teams, no. We had a block. We have one half to redeem.

Some of the comments I heard after the Texas game made it sound like we MIGHT lose 3 games this year. The knee jerk reactions whether we win or lose are crazy.

the sad thing is I thought we’d come out like gang busters for this game. I really did. Running. Hitting receivers. Better pass production. Better 3rd down defense.

You know I keep thinking “this is the week we gel” and have for a couple years but ultimately realized we have not found a way to play a single decent complete game much less put together a multiple game run for a while now. We have enough talent to win this game and very well might, but I guess some of the excitement has faded as I realize we don’t have the coaching to compete for much of anything anymore and nothing will be done about that because the loyalties lie with them and not TCU.
