It's a scammer. They created a fake account and tried to get people to venmo them cash.

“Same guy made an acct imitating one of our coaches (Gamecocks) and we got it suspended immediately. We saw the Vol acct and reported it as well. Then one for UAB, UCF and the West Coast USC showed up as well. We reported all of them as fakes.”
