So, were TT fans louder as ESPN claims?

“BIG PICTURE

Texas Tech: The Red Raiders never really were able to recover after TCU's opening spurt in the second half despite an always loud and large group of fans encouraging them with chants of "Raider Power" that at times were louder than the home fans. They were 0-for-7 on 3-pointers after halftime.”
Yes, "at times" they were louder. Like when they were the only ones making noise.

sometimes

our problem is we don't have a good cheer - Go Frogs is lame so when other fan bases yell Raider Rash or Boomer Sooner, we don't have response and thus can't drown them out.

Again - they were really quiet when it mattered - at the end of the game when they realized they had to return to LuvButt or go to work tomorrow for their boss from another B12 school.

Probably none of us did. We went almost 6 minutes late in the game when we went into our patented stall game without scoring. Lucky we won. It's Bane, if he's on we can win, if not, trouble.

Think that was less a stall and more a very tough Tech press and defense slowing down play. When there was no steal it was taking us near 10 seconds to get past half court.
