Aledo ISD will have to make a decision on a new high school in the next 4-5 years. It is not set in stone that Aledo will have a second high school. I was recently told by the administration that the voters will decide on expanding the current thigh school or building a second.

My son plays football for Aledo, I can speak first hand that Jojo is an outstanding young man.

There are middle class and upper middle class black families that live in Aledo. Also, a few wealthy ones.

Parents flock out that way for a better quality of life, schools and sports.

Including our own Marcus Cannon.
