True but is it just me that ESPN had the crowd noise almost as loud as the coaches talking? I really had a hard time hearing a lot of what they said.

not sure if awful is the right term as much as overmatched.

he very much became THE target for the lsu offense, but he rarely got help over the top and i am not sure if there are very many college corners who could have held under those circumstances.

will be interesting to see if the corner opts to go in the draft or if he stays for his senior season

Yes, the sound production was not terribly good. It is important to remember that the Coaches are not "professional broadcasters" and tend to turn their heads when speaking, sit up or slouch down, or otherwise move around in such a way as to keep their mics from picking up an optimal signal.

But, however mumbled or badly voiced, I'll take authentic, honest talk from those guys over the witless blather of the "professionals" any day of the week...
