Maybe I’m wrong, but I think we need someone on staff that is a proven and fairly experienced play caller. We can’t afford another year of someone “learning the ropes”.

Exactly. I feel like Cumbie has a decent game plan for what he has seen. But when the other team makes an adjustment, Cumbie is done. He panics and has no answer and no ability to answer.
