6-6 is a bad season unless you think we're a very average program, no matter who is playing QB. Remember, one of the wins is basically a given so it's really 5-6.

We have a half glass full bunch that have become masters a excuse siting. Last year it was injuries even though we were mediocre before they started. This year it’s the Freshman QB even though we have a star WR and 8-9 returning starters on offense. Who knows what next years creative spin will be...

I was pretty sure after SMU that Ehlinger and UT would light up the Frogs and was wrong so my gut that OU would be a spanking ... maybe not. Sooners are full of themselves after Baylor and there could be a little look-ahead to Bedlam. And they’ve definitely shown cracks, especially defensively. On top of that, TCU has largely been pretty competitive in Norman.
