Rick Neuheisel was talking about this yesterday. Ed Ogeron finally understood what he was doing offensively didn't work. Adapted and changed. Our guy does not have that kind of humility.

The worst part is you can kind of tell GP is at a loss to fix things..He grasping at straws. “We need to grow up”, “We need to have more fun”, “stealing signals”....He just doesn’t know how to push these kids buttons...

Bad OC with horrible scheme.
Bad receivers coach that can't coach them to work for balls or run effective routes.
Line coaching is lacking, unless it is the aweful scheme.

And the defense is over complicated. Leave them in base.

By the way I am not mad at Duggan at all. He should not have to play this year. Due to bad luck and bad recruiting we don’t have any one else to play that’s any better. That falls back on the coaches.
