My takeaway is that Herman is a lying midwestern crapsack, and O is a lying Cajun crapsack. Herman had the Heat turnt up Briles style and lied about it. O lied about warnings from LaTech, and should have been content to enjoy his win.

I don't think he lied about LaTech. O tried to dodge the issue when he was asked in a clip I saw. I'm sure the LaTech folks told their coach to zip it. Somewhere, there are staff counsels for schools checking DOL requirements in the meanwhile. That OSHA general duty clause is a reall dinger.
