I know your joking but following up a 7-6 season with the same or worse would be horrific for the future of our program.

Think when he's positive its because of where the defense is. He probably doesn't know where the offense is this early. No one does.

Between Baldwin’s minor surgery and now eligibility denial by the NCAA..I’d say even if he wins an appeal, it will be too late in the season for him to win the job.

After all these years, I still haven’t figured out if pissed-off Gary or happy Gary is a better indicator of how good we’ll be.

I’ve become comfortable with both. As long as some pissed off CGP is sprinkled in.

Today was GP at his finest, now you see me and now you don't.

Earlier GP said Rogers was much improved and ready to go, then later in a question and answer, unscheduled, he says Rogers has trouble moving laterally and cannot get away from a quick rush (blitz).

So, what do we take from GP today to start fall practice - watch what happens on the field and whatever a defensive back says about any of our QB's. They are the ones that really count - GP and Cumbie, etc. are all coach speak and the same with Chad in his interview - they are not going to say anything.
