Isnt July 1 the deadline to be down to 15 scholarship players? Who was the final cut/incomer that didn’t qualify?

I searched and found a thread last year on Aug. 22 where we finally got the final cut of Shawn Olden.

I’m not sure when Lat will be confirmed off the roster but it’s been decided. The nine newcomers have already been introduced. They are Fuller, Farabello, Smith, Pearson, Todd are the freshmen and Grayer and Dennis the grad transfers. Easley and LeDee will redshirt this season.

I noticed the 2019-2020 Men’s BB Roster published on the TCU website. Lat Mayen is not listed on this roster...
