I shouldn't blame Coach Mo. He didn't commit 1000 errors this year. He can probably field a bunt. (He just can't call for one). He didn't cause the injuries. Just disappointed I guess. 5 CWS have been a lot of fun. Let's go back soon.

Pretty disappointing by our offense, and defense, but not surprising . The only bright spot is Nick Lodolo, who has a great pro career ahead of him. Too bad he’s unlikely to be a NYY. Love to see him in pinstripes.

Came here to say the same thing. So remarkable how consistently stupid we are on the base paths.

I think what we have too many players that are not our first choice. We lost so many players to the MLB draft that we started taking anything that could walk. They just couldn’t field or hit or pitch. We need an entire flush.

In the 9th, K-State had two runners on with 0 outs but failed to bring one in.

Going to extra innings. On to the 11th

K-State scores 3. It’s 14-11 in the bottom of the 11th.

KU scores 2 with 2 outs. It’s 14-13 with runners on 1st and 2nd. Tie game. Wow.

KU walks it off. 15-14 final. They scored 4 runs with 2 outs.

29 runs. 35 hits. 7 errors total in the game.
