Left for airport at 8:00 a.m.

Met my best friend of 55 years at check in.
Bloody Mary's at 9:30 in DFW Lounge.

Non-stop to Philly. One older Navy vet on plane. Beat Army hat.

Nutjob driving a cab gets us to the Sheraton.

Off for a cheesesteak at 3:00.
Check in guy (New Jersey guy) recommends a hole in the wall place on South 5th. Ishkabbible which is Yiddish for "I don't care" loosely translated.

Next stop German beer house. Unbelievable good beer.

Return to hotel.

Both sides checking in. One Dad's son dressed as a Colonial soldier. Cute as heck.

Hotel Bar invaded by a drunk Auburn fan yelling Go Tigers. Bartender calms him down.

Head to room for Weber State v Maine.

Friend and I decide to go to the stadium to make Game Day.

Tomorrow is all about the game.
