Funny how time changes perceptions on such topics. My perception from childhood in the 60's was that most of America thought Tommie Smith and John Carlos were attention-seeking a-holes, and that Bruce Jenner was a hero.

Hated the entire Chinese women's gymnastics teams from a few Olympics ago. I mean, like the comment about North Koreans being born into it, I really don't think it's those girls' fault that someone lied and tried to pass an 11 or 12-year-old off as a 16-year old, but that crap pissed me off.
