I'm hoping an incremental improvement in our Won-Loss record next year, say to 7-5, and a "decent" bowl game win will facilitate even more recruiting success in 2023 and beyond. Having the coaches/recruiters be able to say that their new program has already made progress in getting things turned around, should make their message more meaningful to those recruits that may not have wanted to gamble on playing for a losing program. That could be particularly important to the Portal recruits that will only be here a year or two. Of course, anything more than a 7-5 would be a very rich "gravy"!

Really curious on the details of our plan of action
The plan of action is to stay relevant and competitive until there is regulation. NIL and the transfer portal have been let out of the bottle and cannot be put back, but can be reeled in. When you have Saban, Kirby Smart and Lane Kiffin publicly admonish the system, the main beneficiaries, it's obviously a problem for everyone and hopefully someone with power is listening. It's why TCU had to make a change. You embrace this new system, with all of its warts, play the system to the best of your ability to be ready for the next round coming. When the dust settles with conference realignment and a semblance of NIL and transfer rules that allow for more than one conference to rule college football you can only hope to be in the right place at the right time.

Probly playing the NIL game ...sure we're capable of finding ample WRs who like SDs style of flinging it football. And that's going to work well, with the RBs we have... to support a well balanced offence.

Don't know if this is exactly the place for this but apparently Gerry Bohannon, the former Baylor All-World QB has been beaten out by a redshirt freshman this spring and has entered the Transfer Portal! Film at 11:00 . . . !

frogs are woefully thin at the interior offensive line with 4 of their 8 linemen seniors and your 1 junior hasn't played much

he projects inside so get him in here, put him to work, and see if he turns into a player
