I'm gonna guess that NFL scouts aren't stupid. Plays like this were common for JR. Lots of standing around, not blocking while another kid gives 110%. He doesn't touch a single defender to help. Maybe Max would have stayed IB for sure if JR had blocked one guy.

That's not really fair. . . I mean, as soon as he saw Max was going to score, he went all out to sprint to the end zone to celebrate.

The offseason sucks
Based on nothing more than my gut feeling, I think JR goes in the 5th round at best. It would not surprise me at all if he fell to an UDFA.
You need to go against your gut feelings then. Reagor is definitely not making it to the 5th round. He will at the very latest go in the 3rd round and even that is probably too late.

Opposite takes here. Either he’s going to be a top 20 pick running a 4.20 or not make 5th round
Reagor isn't going top 20- calm yourselves down. He's a straight line speed track guy who doesn't run good routes and has inconsistent hands.

He won't get past the 2nd round unless he wets the bed at the combine.

Based on nothing more that reading this. You’re an idiot. UDFA? That’s crazy talk. Stop prescribing yourself meds.

One of the many unwritten rules on here is that pretty much all posters are presumed capable of acting like a major-league [ Arschloch]. You needn't prove it.

His route running is fine and this references he needs to get stronger? Really, I watched the dude bench like 400lbs. He looks like a freaking superhero, he is plenty strong and explosive. His hands are above average, true he did have a few drops this year but he also had some elite-level catches, that is more about concentration than can the kid catch. He can only run the routes he is asked to run. There will be more favorable articles by people who actually watch the games after the combine.
I didn’t read the strength reference so I’m not exactly sure what it said. I’m not as indifferent about him as some here are, but I think one of the things he struggled with was physical DB play. Didn’t seem to take much to get him off his route, either physically or mentally.

You’re right, the dude is jacked and he is probably even stronger in the weight room than most at his position. But sometimes weight room strength doesn’t always translate into the field.

Not knocking him, just an observation as something he’s got to improve on. NFL DB’s are very physical. JR is going to have to figure out how to negate that physicality. Speed can’t do that unless he can break loose.
