SB Nation: Bengals coaching change could bode well for Andy Dalton

Andy Dalton is the most talked about player in Cincinnati every offseason.

Some fans point to Dalton’s performance under the bright lights of a national stage and say that he will never lead the Bengals to a Super Bowl. Others count their blessings, thinking of the struggles that the Bengals had finding a quarterback throughout the 90s.

Now it is a “New Dey” with a new coach, but the quarterback under center. What can be expected of Dalton in 2019?

I think you're probably right, but unfortunately he would most likely be picked up as a backup. He's had a hell of a career though, especially financially, hard to say being with the Bengals as long as he has has been a bad thing.
