RICHMOND, Ind. – Desmond Bane remembers growing up following the NCAA Men’s basketball tournaments.

Every day after Selection Sunday, he was busy at school filling out his brackets, and what stand out the most for the Seton Catholic High School graduate are some of the Cinderella stories.

“There’s been so many Cinderella stories; you can see George Mason, Davidson making a run – even South Carolina last year, anything is possible that March,” Bane told the Palladium-Item by phone this week.

This. The fact he didn't have any offers (or many offers) from major programs is a head scratcher. Not sure how so many other programs missed on him but we are all glad he's a frog!
