That play has a 28% chance of being awesome. A 39% chance of losing the game for us. Not worth it.

Yep. We need to just scrap it. If it's a backward pass to a guy standing still out in the flat, ok, but don't design a play that has the QB throwing it backward to a guy in motion running away from the QB. You gotta consider risk vs reward and that play isn't worth it. There's 100 other plays we can run that gain yards without requiring a guy to catch a relatively difficult pass just to avoid a live ball situation.

We did. On the radio broadcast the side line reporter said he overheard Hill tell Cumbie after the play that he had made a point of telling Reagor before the play to focus on the snap count and watch out for the center snap
Interesting. Seems like some of that is on Hill signaling for the snap too.
