Second paragraph is moronic, regardless of your opinion of CTE or the dangers of football. Protecting his child from anything he considers dangerous is the top priority of any parent.

It'll be interesting to see where football is in the next 10 to 20 years when people my age have kids old enough to play football.
Right now not letting your kid play football is still the minority... will that be changing?
We certainly have no plans of kids any time soon, but my wife already has said more than once that our future kids won't be allowed to play football.
