Major props to Sonny Cumbie and Chris Thomsen

First off, we could've choked that one away by trying to force a fast tempo and trying to force Kenny into risky throws when he wasn't at his sharpest (I give KH a pass overall on the day). By milking the clock as much as possible with a quarter to play we absolutely frustrated and exhausted the Arkansas defense. It was perfectly done. Finishing off with Sewo carrying 5 guys into the end zone from 9 yards out... most excellent.

Secondly, major props to OL coach Chris Thomsen. Our guys had a solid push on most run plays today and at one point KH had 7 seconds to throw the ball. Our OL looks markedly better this year.

As fun as the 2014 and 2015 offense were to watch, we don't have boykin and doctson anymore, the 2 that made that offense run.

Glad we are able to adjust and go back to being able to systematically go down the field with a running game.

It's early but I love coach p's adjustments.

We showed a Big 12 team can pound the rock like the big time SEC opponents. Hill actually moved the ball well despite the dominate performance by OL and running game.

Prior to the game, I really got sick of hearing how much bigger and more physical Arkansas was. Yet today, we dominated the line of scrimmage on both offense and defense, out-muscled the Razorbacks, and basically out-SEC'ed the SEC.
