"This week's dirtiest eateries in San Antonio span trendy downtown-area spots, with bad kitchen practices, to a Chinese eatery caught with “whole chicken carcasses” where they shouldn’t be.

A total of 26 restaurants, food marts and bakeries were cited by city inspectors and are included in this week’s dirty list.

Downtown’s posh St. Anthony Hotel didn’t fare so well in its Wednesday review when an inspector noticed missing kitchen tiles, “many” employees not wearing hair nets and expired food still in use."
