FORT WORTH, Texas -- The TCU women's basketball team puts a three-game winning streak on the line Saturday when Kansas visits Schollmaier Arena for a 2 p.m. contest.

TCU (12-5, 3-3) won two games over top-15 teams last week and enters Saturday's contest well rested after not playing since last Saturday's overtime win at No. 15 West Virginia. Kansas (11-7, 2-5) has lost four straight games, including at home against Texas Tech on Wednesday.

The Frogs and Jayhawks have already met once this season with KU winning, 86-77, inside Allen Fieldhouse on New Year's Eve. TCU has already avenged one loss this season by beating West Virginia last weekend after falling to the Mountaineers in the Big 12 opener.

Last Time Out
TCU completed the biggest week in the program's recent history with a 76-74 overtime win over No. 15 West Virginia at WVU Coliseum last Saturday.

The Frogs came back from 18 points down in the third quarter and shocked WVU to grab consecutive wins over ranked teams for just the second time in program history. TCU has previously beaten No. 7 Texas on Jan. 10. The Frogs also won in Morgantown for the first time in program history.

Amy Okonkwo scored 16 points, including the game-tying layup in the fourth quarter and the game-winning 3-pointer in overtime. Okonkwo added 12 rebounds for a double-double. Jordan Moore also had a double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds.

3-Pointers
1. TCU has won three consecutive Big 12 games for the third time since joining the league in 2012-13. The Frogs have never won four consecutive Big 12 games and have been over .500 through seven games just once since joining the league.

2. TCU is receiving votes in both the Associated Press Top 25 poll and the USA Today Coaches Top 25 poll for the first time since Nov. 22, 2010.

3. Okonkwo is the Frogs' leading scorer at 16.8 points per game, ranking seventh in the Big 12. She has scored in double figures in 10 straight games and in 16 of TCU's 17 games this season. Okonkwo is shooting 55.4 percent overall, 43.3 percent from deep and 89.5 percent from the free throw line.

Scouting Kansas
Kansas has lost four straight games, including three at home, most recently falling to Texas Tech on Wednesday, 68-56. The Jayhawks shot just 30 percent and had only 28 points after three quarters against the Lady Raiders.

Brianna Osario scored a career-high 28 points against Texas Tech, her fifth double-figure scoring game in KU's seven Big 12 games.

The Jayhawks are third in the Big 12 allowing just 62.2 points per game, but rank last scoring just 64.8 per game.

The Series
TCU leads the all-time series against Kansas, 8-6, including a 6-2 record under Raegan Pebley. The Frogs have won four straight in Fort Worth including an 83-68 win last season.

Kansas won this season's first meeting, 86-77, in Allen Fieldhouse on New Year's Eve. The Frogs committed seven first-quarter turnovers as Kansas built a 12-point lead that TCU could never completely overcome.

Up Next
TCU travels to take on Kansas State at Bramlage Coliseum on Wednesday. The Frogs and Wildcats enter this weekend as two of five teams that are all within one game of each other from third to seventh in the Big 12 standings.
