Donati is definitely young. Humble. Different personality than CDC at the podium. Starting off with a lot of “thank yous” to those in the room and some other folks including his mentors, parents, family, wife and daughters.

Talking about his move to FW from California in 2011. A few weeks after he moved here his dad passed away. He almost left. Then-strangers reached out and kept him in FW and helped him through.

“Listen. Listen to our coaches. Listen to our athletes. Listen to our staff. Listen to our donors. Figure out what we can do to provide the resources to keep being successful.”
Will meet with each team individually, all the staff, etc.
One of the top priorities is to complete funding for east side of stadium - “essential” - “project that goes beyond TCU football and it’s critical we meet that tight timeline”
4 Expectations:
1. Provide athletes with world class experience
2. Expect them to be good citizens
3. Prepare them to graduate
4. Give them everything necessary to win championships

Pretty sure CDC owns a men’s clothing store back in Arizona where he gets most of his stuff. So while extravagant, he’s technically buying them from himself.
