Here are five thoughts following TCU football's 56-36 win over SMU.
"Run the dang ball"
If Leigh Anne Tuohy would have taken in the Iron Skillet battle this year, she would have been proud of TCU.
From the start, the Horned Frogs took advantage of their skill on the ground. Every yard gained on TCU's first drive was by rush. Kyle Hicks opened the drive with a long, 41-yard run down to the SMU 47 before finally being pushed out of bounds.
