Was listening to ESPN College Sports on XM 84 this morning when the dude on Full Ride said we were playing Washington State in the Alamo Bowl. How do you screw that up?!?

Well this morning the NCAA site didn’t even have today’s Iowa State game listed as a Big 12 bowl game. I figure they’ll eventually figure it out but that’s just crappy work.

Meanwhile, the PAC 12 is 1-5 with Zona State and Washington and USC yet to play.

EDIT: They fixed it and now include Iowa State as a Big 12 team.

fyi, we have two common opponents with USC. We played Texas better, and we did not need a ref to wrongly stop a Stanford touchdown when the running back was not down. And we beat Stanford on a neutral field.

Suck it ESPN. BEAT cfp

I saw that it said the Big 12 was 3-3 with 3 bowls remaining. Did Baylor make a bowl that I’m unaware of?

9 of 10 conference schools making bowl games is mighty impressive!

I saw that last night. I couldn't believe two things.

1) They don't math good
2) They were apparently assuming we would lose when down by 2 with a ton of time left in the 4th.

The Pac 12 embarrassed itself in the bowl season finishing 1-8, with many of their losses coming at the hands of the Big Ten (Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan State, Purdue), which had a great bowl season.

Oregon (7-6) Lost to #25 Boise State (11-3) 38-28
Utah (7-6) Beat West Virginia (7-6) 30-14
UCLA (8-5) Lost to Kansas State (6-7) 35-17
Arizona (7-6) Lost to Purdue (7-6) 38-35
#18 Washington State (9-4) Lost to Michigan State 42-17
Stanford (9-5) Lost to TCU (11-3) 39-37
Arizona State (7-6) Lost to #24 North Carolina State (9-4) 52-31
#8 USC Lost to #5 Ohio State (12-2) 24-7
#11 Washington (10-3) Lost to #9 Penn State (11-2) 35-28
