Cincinnati Bengals players want Kaepernick

Free-agent quarterback Colin Kaepernick is reportedly on the radar of some Cincinnati Bengals players.

On Sunday, Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk reported "the feeling within the locker room, we're told, is that the leash isn't quite so long" in regard to quarterback Andy Dalton's status as the starter moving forward following two losses to open the season.

"There's a feeling among some of the players that the Bengals should go off the board and consider bringing in Colin Kaepernick," Florio wrote.

Things have reached the point in Cincinnati where Florio said there was a "near mutiny" following a 20-0 loss to the Baltimore Ravens and then a 13-9 loss to the Houston Texans on Thursday night.

What a crap tastic team and organization are the Bengals.

Hope he gets to go somewhere else to help and they can get Kap and go back to sucking like they did for for 20 years before Andy got there and got them to the playoffs

Well, they're already sucking like they did before AD's arrival.

They can go get whoever they want. The current state of the franchise has to do with a lot more than AD. Tom Brady wouldn't make that team a winner.

AD will be fine. If ends up no longer being a starter at some point, he still has plenty years left as a backup QB, which is still a good paycheck. After FB, AD seems like the type that will continue to have success in whatever he pursues.

Andy is a great QB on a crap team with a sorry game plan. Terrible offensive line. He's paid his dues and will land on his feet somewhere with a team, with a great coach that can utilize and get the most out of his skills. God has a plan for Andy Dalton!
