I'll be in Reno next week. If you all find a casino that'll take futures bets out there, I'm happy to place some bets for you all. PM me and we can do something through PayPal Gift.

Vegas ain't dumb. They know which teams are most likely to get invited to the dance and UT is significantly better bet than anything they have at 30-1 or more doggish. I would expect that Auburn and LSU are probably hanging out at about 20-1 as well. They know who has the votes in this CFP electoral college and in fact, early voting may have already begun.

Every now and then a third party candidate may make things messy but these those odds sound about right. I am surprised to see USC that low though. They must be projected to be really bad. Where's Michigan, Penn State, Notre Dame, Wiscy, and Michigan State? Probably up there too.

Good analogy. You got to get invited to the play off to win it, and a 11-1 Texas is a lock, an 11-1 TCU as we know isn't. Hence the better odds for Texas

I’d say it’s more about Vegas knowing there are hoards of UT fans that will bet on the Horns whether they’re 20:1 or 100:1

May as well make it 20:1 to reduce your risk
Or like I said in another post, make the odds attractive to give the horns fans hope so they all place wagers even though you know they have a slim chance.

Except neither team can finish 11-1 anymore. But the way UT schedules, i agree, they’d be a lock at 11-1.

Westgate has Auburn and LSU also 30-1. Both Penn St and Michigan are at 12-1
Wiscy at 30-1 and ND/MSU at 40-1.

William Hill's odds will vary to some degree.
